Services
24/7 Answer Bot provides custom AI chatbot design, development, hosting, and maintenance for businesses and municipalities. Specific scope and fees are set out in separate agreements.
Fees & Payment
Business pricing is posted on our website and includes a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly subscription. Municipal pricing is custom and set by agreement. Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.
Cancellation
Business clients may cancel at any time by emailing sales@247answerbot.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Municipal agreements may have separate cancellation terms.
Client Content & License
Clients retain ownership of all content provided for chatbot training. By providing content, clients grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for delivering contracted services. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any content provided.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful content, reverse engineer our systems, or build competing products.
Intellectual Property
Software, code, and designs created by 24/7 Answer Bot remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for the duration of their subscription.
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." AI-generated responses may contain errors. Clients are responsible for reviewing chatbot output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the six months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
